Feeding Your Soul

Your soul, your personality, emotions and feelings are vital when traversing a new path.  Altering your physical appearance while finding freedom from the burden of carrying around fat, combined with the fortitude to stay the race, are giant hurdles you are choosing to overcome. The unknown can be scary, disappointing, and depressing.

We all have a tendency to beat ourselves up when we let ourselves down. Do good things for yourself, take a walk, take a bubble bath, listen to your favorite music, share your concerns with someone you trust. kiss your own boo-boos. Pull up your boot straps, put on your big-girl panties, and brush off all your shame and guilt.  Get back on the horse ASAP!
