Dedicate yourself to the clean eating lifestyle while on the 5 Bite Diet, and you’ll lose about 6-15 pounds a week. The benefits go beyond weight loss. You'll stay healthy and have more energy. Your eyes will look bright and alert. Your teeth and gums will be healthier. Your skin will glow. Oh, and did we mention each meal may find you less and less hungry?
Eating clean provides the visible benefits (and perceptible to you on the inside, too) from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, or so 'they' say.
The two diets combined provide a philosophy of self control in minimal servings focused on nutrition is far more important than genetics or exercise in shaping our bodies.
What You Can and Can’t Eat
The Eat Clean 5 Bite Diet principles are:
Eat only two small five bite meals a day.
Eat 1 bite of lean protein and 1 bite of complex carbohydrates at every meal.
Have two or three servings of healthy fats every day.
Get fiber, vitamins, nutrients, and enzymes from fresh fruits and vegetables.
If you crave sugar take no mote than 2 bites a day: candy, cookie, cake, pie, etc.
Drink 2 to 3 liters of water (about 13 8-ounce cups) every day.
The foods to avoid: None, as long you consume no more than 12 bites total each day.
Staying on a 'clean eating' program after reaching your desired weight will have become a habit, and you will not want to lose the results you will benefit from by that time.
