Why you shouldn’t fear carbs in your diet

When self control, self awareness, and compassion for yourself enter into the food arena, metabolism be damned, obesity could be a thing of the past.


Sadly, many would rather have carbohydrates blamed for being being overweight. Carbohydrates, protein, fat, and alcohol are all sources of calories in the diet. These macronutrients can all be part of a healthy 5 Bite Diet.


Because your body is combining a low amount of calories consumed, it is automatically balancing the calories that we take in with those that we burn every day to help us maintain, gain, or lose weight.



You can ignore the concern and fear because you body can count all food as calories... and as long as you are eating much less than you body needs... you will lose weight.
